Processing Time
Current Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase.
Standard Processing Time (when Canada Post resumes service): Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Locations
We ship from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, to destinations both domestically within Canada and internationally, including the United States, Europe, Australia, and other countries worldwide.
Shipping Carriers
Due to the ongoing Canada Post labour disruption, we are currently shipping through:
- Chit Chats (primary carrier)
- UPS (as needed)
Once Canada Post resumes normal operations, we will return to using Canada Post through Netparcel for most shipments.
Shipping Costs
Domestic (within Canada)
- Standard shipping: $15.00 CAD
International (including USA)
- Standard shipping: $25.00 - $30.00 CAD, depending on the product
Gift Sets & Larger Orders
Additional shipping charges may apply to larger items such as curated gift sets due to increased weight and dimensions. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order.
Please note: Shipping rates have been temporarily adjusted due to the Canada Post strike and increased international tariffs. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
Tracking
All orders shipped through Chit Chats and UPS include tracking. Once Canada Post resumes service, tracking will be available through Netparcel. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
International Orders
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Your local customs office determines these charges, and they are not included in our shipping costs.
Tax Collection
For applicable countries, sales tax/VAT may be collected at checkout in accordance with local regulations.
Delivery Times
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please allow additional time for customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at spiritsistersbylisa@outlook.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
For damaged items, please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
